UNC Downs Duke, Claims Outright ACC Crown

The No. 7 Tar Heels disposed of No. 9 Duke 84-79 at Cameron Indoor Stadium, closing the regular season in a resounding way to claim the outright ACC crown. UNC (25-6, 17-3 ACC standings) delivered a sweep of the rival Blue Devils, picked up its sixth straight victory to finish the season, and will take the No. 1 seed into next week’s ACC Tournament.
