I am an unapologetic fan of coach Roy Williams. But I have always been a fan of Williams the human being, as well. The reason was in full bloom Tuesday, when Williams spoke on his own dime to an overflow crowd at the annual Boy Scouts banquet in Lumberton, helping to raise $81,000 that will be used to create badly needed leaders for tomorrow.
