The No. 1 seed North Carolina plays No. 9 seed Michigan State in the second round of the NCAA Tournament in Charlotte on Saturday at 5:45 p.m. on CBS. UNC is 12-4 against Michigan State, including 5-0 in the NCAA Tournament. Kansas and Villanova (seven each) are the only teams UNC has played more than Michigan State in the NCAA Tournament.
