Search for Eric Montross reveals basketball is life
Posted Mar 30, 2024
Eric Montross' death from cancer on Dec. 17 at age 52 carried with it a weight that seemed unfair. Last year he was on the air, last March he announced his diagnosis, this year he was gone, with flowers and mementos taking his place in empty chairs in arenas across the ACC. I have a photo of Montross from a visit he made to Greenville 13 years ago.
