Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Howell confident in ability

Sam Howell has joined Seattle as a backup, but he remains confident in his ability to fix what went wrong with Washington. After starting all 17 games with a 4-13 record for the Commanders in 2023, the third-year pro found himself traded to the Seahawks, where he understands his role as QB2 behind Geno Smith despite desire to show improvement.
