James Okonkwo reportedly enters transfer portal after one season with UNC Basketball

James Okonkwo reportedly became the first North Carolina’s men’s basketball player to enter the transfer portal. The 6–6, 240-pound center from Maidenhead, England, will transfer after getting limited playing time in his only season at UNC. Okonkwo went from playing 31 games as a sophomore at West Virginia to playing only 43 minutes all season at UNC.
