UNC Men's Lacrosse Falls To No. 2 Virginia In ACC Opener

Second ranked Virginia jumped out to a 6-1 lead and never looked back, defeating North Carolina in ACC men's lacrosse action Saturday, 14-6. UNC's Logan McGovern led all players with three goals on the day for his 17th career hat trick. Goaltender Collin Krieg stopped nine shots between the pipes, while defenseman Peter Thomann caused four turnovers.
