Jason DeCaro pitches 6 shutout innings in UNC Baseball's 13-0 romp over Notre Dame
Posted Apr 12, 2024
Starting in his first ACC baseball series opener, UNC freshman Jason DeCaro pitched like the ace he has become. The 6-5 right-hander doesn’t turn 18 until Wednesday, but he threw six shutout innings to pitch well beyond his years. He got more than enough offensive support as No. 13 UNC rolled to a 13-0 victory over Notre Dame (Highlights) on Friday.
