"I’m very impressed with Sam Howell," Seattle Seahawks starting quarterback Geno Smith said before recalling the Seahawks’ win over Washington last season. "Even from our game last year, he made some really good throws. Made some incredible plays. I was on the sidelines, and he made a sidearm throw for a touchdown, 'Man, that was sweet.'"
