UNC is in the middle of spring football practice and a quarterback battle. Head coach does that against the backdrop of the NCAA transfer portal. It can make handling the situation tricky. Announce a starter too soon and you risk a player transferring out. Wait too long and you might have someone head out. It puts coaches in a hard place. (On3.com)
