North Carolina and N.C. State have each added two commitments to their 2009 football recruiting classes, with UNC landing one of the state's top high-school seniors. Hawatha Bell, a 6-1, 230-pound linebacker from Matthews and Butler High School, is headed to Chapel Hill. He will be joined by Prizell Brown, a 6-4, 255-pound tight end from Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas. UNC built its class to 22 players and N.C. State grew to 15.
