North Carolina and N.C. State have each added two commitments to their 2009 football recruiting classes, with UNC landing one of the state's top high-school seniors. Hawatha Bell, a 6-1, 230-pound linebacker from Matthews and Butler High School, is headed to Chapel Hill.
