Tuesday Talking Points
Posted Dec 2, 2008
Through seven games, Carolina's average halftime lead is 47-28. This year's walk-ons--Patrick Moody, J.B. Tanner, Jack Wooten and Marc Campbell--have 36 combined points in seven games. Last year's walk-ons--this year's group plus Surry Wood--scored 47 combined points in 39 games. Carolina scored 63 points in the second half against UNC-Asheville. Eight times already this season, other ACC schools have scored fewer than 63 points in an entire game.
