With the college basketball season in the books, the focus shifts to the offseason where the transfer portal and recruiting take center stage. ESPN has released its final rankings for the 2024 class. Paul Biancardi released the rankings with Ian Jackson being the highest-rated UNC recruit at No. 7. Drake Powell checked in at No. 13 while James Brown was No. 66. (Tar Heels Wire)
