A new challenger has entered UNC's quarterback competition. Former Arkansas quarterback Jacolby Criswell confirmed his commitment to UNC out of the transfer portal on Tuesday — bringing Criswell back to where his college career began. "This is where I committed to begin with. So there was a reason why I committed here. This is actually my home."
