Two more consequences of the transfer portal. While the UNC basketball program is waiting on word from Rutgers big man transfer Cliff Omoruyi, Tar Heel football got a surprise transfer it was not expecting until a few days ago. Quarterback Jacolby Criswell announced he was transferring back to UNC after playing in four games for Arkansas last season. (Chapelboro.com)
