North Carolina has received the commitment of Donavan Tate, one of the best athletes in high school football. But Tate, a star in football and baseball for Cartersville (Ga.) High, may never make it to campus. "Donavan is expected to go among the top ten picks in the (June) baseball draft, I've heard as high as third," Cartersville coach Frank Barden said today. "With the money they're offering, that would be hard to turn down, but you never know."
