Two-time UNC wrestling national champion Austin O'Connor set for MMA debut


Two-time UNC wrestling national champion Austin O'Connor is set for his mixed martial arts debut a month from now. UFC Fight Pass announced a date for O’Connor to join the Fury FC promotion and get in the cage. He’s set to fight June 9th at Fury FC 91 against Camden Fontenot. O’Connor served as an assistant wrestling coach for Illinois this past season. (On3.com)
