A healthy, improved Josh Downs shouldn't be overlooked in Indianapolis Colts' offense

Josh Downs probably hasn’t been talked about enough this offseason. But if his rookie year is any indication, Downs is likely going to be a big part of this Colts passing game. Downs broke the franchise’s record for rookie receptions by hauling in 68 passes, produced 771 yards and two touchdowns, all while battling a knee injury throughout the season.
