UNC Basketball Announces Signing Of Cade Tyson

Cade Tyson officially signed his letter of intent to North Carolina, the basketball program announced Thursday afternoon. Tyson committed to UNC on April 28, becoming a Tar Heel after spending two seasons at Belmont. He has two years of eligibility remaining. At 6-foot-7 and 205 pounds, Tyson averaged 13.6 as a freshman, and 16.2 points as a sophomore.
