Duke basketball lands Rice transfer guard Cameron Sheffield


Former Rice guard Cameron Sheffield committed to Duke and head basketball coach Jon Scheyer on Thursday afternoon. The 6-foot-6 junior originally from Alpharetta, Georgia did not play last season due to injury. During the 2022-23 season, Sheffield averaged 7.6 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.3 assists while shooting 43% from the field and 37% from three. (On3.com)
