After Pandemic and Protests, UNC’s 2024 Class Celebrates Graduation

UNC wrapped up an eventful year on Saturday with an evening commencement ceremony at Kenan Stadium – a day that ended with fireworks, but also had one or two fireworks during the day as well. Interim Chancellor Lee Roberts got a decidedly mixed reaction, after a few tumultuous weeks of protests and reactions over the ongoing war in Gaza.
