Virginia picks up commitment from Kansas State transfer guard Dai Dai Ames


Kansas State transfer Dai Dai Ames has committed to Virginia. The 6-foot-1 guard appeared in 31 games as a true freshman last season at Kansas State - he started in 16 games. He averaged 5.2 points and 2.0 assists per game and shot 32.9% from three on 2.3 attempts - averaging about 20 minutes a game. Ames started the last 13 games of the season. (Wahoos 247)
