UNC Baseball Defeats LSU, Advances To Super Regionals

When LSU's name was revealed among the teams assigned to the Chapel Hill regional, an audible gasp went up. The sum of those concerns was erased in dramatic fashion Monday, with the season hanging in the balance, as the Tar Heels staged an exceedingly clutch rally to defeat LSU 4-3 in 10 innings in the winner-take-all final game of the regional.
