The biggest moment of UNC’s magical baseball season became the best moment of Alex Madera’s life Monday. With two outs and two on in the 10th inning of a tie game against defending national champion LSU, Madera went to the plate for his second huge at-bat of the evening. After working the count full, Madera looked and hoped for a fastball. He got it.
