Lots of changes in pitching for North Carolina, Virginia since first meeting


No. 4-seed North Carolina and No. 12 Virginia are familiar with each other heading into their College World Series matchup on Friday, but a lot has changed since they met in early April. The Tar Heels have changed freshman Friday starting pitchers since the Cavaliers won two of three games that series; Virginia’s starting pitching has improved since then. (Tar Heel Tribune)
