4-star SG Jamari Phillips, former Arizona signee, commits to Oregon

Jamari Phillips, a four-star shooting guard in the 2024 class, tells On3 he’s committed to Oregon. The 6-foot-4 senior had been committed to Arizona since December of 2022. He signed his National Letter of Intent with the Wildcats in November before decommitting just 10 days ago. Phillips is the No. 52 overall player in the nation in the 2024 cycle.
