Jordan Shipp, wide receiver, UNC: The Tar Heels exited spring without a proven No. 1 receiver. There are options to fill that gap, but no established pecking order. That gives Shipp an opportunity to make a Day-1 impact. The highest-ranked recruit in UNC's 2024 class, Davis entered college as a sound route runner and showcased that ability in spring ball.
