UNC freshman linebacker Evan Bennett was a three-star football recruit ranked as the nation’s 53rd-best linebacker and the No. 81 player in Georgia. Bennett posted 216 tackles, 34 tackles for loss, three interceptions, four fumble recoveries, and four blocked kicks during his high school career.
