Casey Nogueira Named Progress Energy Performer Of The Week

Casey Nogueira scored a pair of second-half goals, including one with only 2:06 remaining, to lift North Carolina to a 2-1 victory over No. 1-ranked Notre Dame in the championship game of the 2008 NCAA Women's College Cup and is the Progress Energy Tar Heel of the Week. Nogueira was named the Most Valuable Offensive Player of the College Cup as UNC claimed its 20th national championship. (Tar Heel Blue)
