Right-handed pitcher , the Gatorade North Carolina Baseball Player of the Year and the nation’s No. 160 prospect with a 94 mph fastball, committed to North Carolina on Monday. “I am super-excited and blessed to announce my commitment to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill,” Seagraves wrote in a post on social media.
