Ascending into the Top247 is four-star QB Bryce Baker (UNC commit), who debuts at No. 160 overall. Previously a high-three-star, Baker rises into the Top247 following multiple impressive live evaluations on the Elite 11 circuit. "Quick-twitch mover in the pocket with good pocket presence," 247Sports national scouting analyst Cooper Petagna said. (247 Sports)
