Is UNC better without Hansbrough?
Posted Dec 13, 2008
Last week I posed the question: “Is North Carolina better without Tyler Hansbrough?” On the surface, it’s a ludicrous hypothesis. But statistically, there’s an argument that can be made. The Tar Heels are averaging 99 points per game and shooting 52.4 percent in the four games Hansbrough has missed versus 96 points per game and a .506 shooting percentage in the four games he’s played. Still think it’s an absolutely absurd question to ask?
