Hansbrough leads way for UNC
Posted Dec 14, 2008
Tyler Hansbrough made his long-delayed Smith Center season debut last night and moved closer to a significant school career record in leading a win over Oral Roberts. North Carolina, playing for the first time since Dec. 3 because of a break for first-semester exams, won 100-84. Hansbrough had 26 points and now is nine points shy of breaking Phil Ford's career scoring record. Hansbrough's next chance at topping the mark will come on Thursday against Evansville.
