Thirteen standing ovations. Seven individual awards. One enigmatic statement. After receiving the MVP award at Thursday’s team banquet, North Carolina’s Tyler Hansbrough said all the right things. He thanked his teammates, coaches and the fans. But the Poplar Bluff, Mo., native ended his speech with a perplexing phrase. “That’s it,” Hansbrough said. “Thank you for cheering for us.” (Fayetteville Observer)
