UNC Cornerback Marcus Allen Stronger After 3,000-Calorie Protein Shakes, Adding Weight


UNC cornerback played last season at 171 pounds but now has filled out to 182 pounds. The secret to that weight gain? "I made this 3,000-calorie protein shake and would drink that every night," he said Tuesday, after the Tar Heels' second training camp practice. "It was actually pretty good. That really allowed me to put on that weight." (Inside Carolina)
