Amare Campbell Takes Spot At Linebacker For North Carolina

Before Cedric Gray left for the NFL, he made a point to hand the baton to Amare Campbell as UNC's next starting linebacker. Gray raved about Campbell's abilities during Campbell's freshman season in 2023 and took on the role of mentoring him. Campbell now enters his sophomore year as one of UNC's two starting linebackers alongside Power Echols.
