Defensive coordinator Geoff Collins comes to UNC tasked with improving a unit that ranked outside the top 90 nationally in total defense last year. He previously directed defenses at Florida, Mississippi State, and FIU, earning the nickname "Minister of Mayhem" for his aggressive tendencies.
