Riley Thomas Earns ACC Preseason Honors, UNC Men’s Soccer Picked Third

North Carolina men's soccer defender Riley Thomas has been named to the 2024 ACC Preseason Watch List, the conference announced Wednesday. Thomas, an All-ACC Second Team member a season ago, appeared in 18 matches. As a team, Carolina was picked to finish third in the 2024 Preseason ACC Coaches Poll, receiving two first-place votes.
