Former UNC RB British Brooks makes case with Houston Texans, running for two TDs


Entering the day as the Houston Texans’ sixth-string rookie running back, had to make the most of his opportunities to impress the coaches. Even though he got only five carries, he did just that. Brooks, who signed as an undrafted free agent, scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns in Houston’s 28-10 exhibition victory Saturday over the Giants. (Tar Heel Tribune)
