With Tommy Thigpen's experience coaching standout linebackers at UNC, such as Jeremiah Gemmel, Chazz Surratt, Cedric Gray, and Power Echols, he's seen the full extent of talent that's come out of that room. Thigpen is secure with Echols and sophomore Amare Campbell starting, but behind them, he's noticed a young Caleb LaVallee coming along. (Inside Carolina)
