Previewing Evansville
Posted Dec 18, 2008
While the UNC all-time scoring mark will be on everyone's mind Thursday night, with Tyler Hansbrough on the verge of passing Phil Ford, the Tar Heels will need to keep their focus on Evansville, a quality mid-major club. Tip-off at the Smith Center is 7 p.m. and the game will be televised by ESPN. Evansville enters Thursday night's contest with a 7-1 record. The Purple Aces are off to their best start since the 1981-82 squad won 10 of its first 11.
