Katherine Bixby Named UNC Women's Basketball Assistant Coach

Katherine Bixby has joined the UNC women's basketball staff as an assistant coach, Courtney Banghart announced Monday. Bixby, who boasts more than 15 years of coaching experience, spent the past season at Loyola of Maryland, where she helped engineer a program turnaround. Prior to that, she spent six seasons as head coach at Johns Hopkins.
