Tyler Hansbrough showed how his game has evolved over the last four years when his first three baskets occurred on mid-range jumpers. Then at the 7:41 mark of the first half, Hansbrough received the ball on the block, spun into the lane with defenders hanging all over him and sank a bank shot, his arms and legs akimbo, the quintessential Hansbrough bucket. His 2,291st point broke Phil Ford’s hallowed UNC scoring record.
