First-Week Stories At UNC — Now and Then

The University of North Carolina welcomed students back to campus, including the incoming class of 2028. The first week will be indelibly etched into their memories, as many alumni can attest. First-year students attended a pep rally in Kenan Stadium, where they learned the chants and traditions essential to cheering on the Tar Heels on game day.
