UNC gets commitment from star defender Angelo Hadley
Posted Dec 20, 2008
Angelo Hadley, a 6-0, 190-pound safety from Armwood High School in Seffner, Fla., has committed to North Carolina. Georgia and Michigan also had offered Hadley grants-in-aid, but Coach Sean Callahan of Armwood said that the recruiting work of defensive coordinator Everett Withers of UNC influenced Hadley's decision. UNC was the first school to make an offer, and 29 other schools followed suit.
