Bobby Frasor takes turn in spotlight
Posted Dec 20, 2008
Now it's time to get back to business. And quickly. It's a homecoming game for North Carolina guard Bobby Frasor, who's from Blue Island, Ill., a small suburb that sits in the southern portion of Chicago's metro area.
