Considering Smith Center Options in the NIL Era

The Smith Center needs significant work to maximize revenue, which can be addressed by luxury suites and premium seating options, yet there’s no longer a pressing need to build an arena that outshines its competition. Let’s not forget why the facility arms race came to be: it was a billion-dollar industry manufactured as the grandest of all recruiting tools.
