North Carolina hosts FCS in-state opponent NC Central on Saturday at 6 p.m (ACCNX). It's the first-ever matchup between the two in-state programs, and the Tar Heels enter as 37.5-point favorites. The Eagles have gone 0-5 against Power Five teams in the last decade, losing by an average of 49 points. Trei Oliver's program lost 41-19 to Elon last week.
