Candid Coaches: Which college basketball programs do you believe have the best NIL situations?

Instead, we asked them to tell us which schools they believe have the best NIL situations based off of what they hear on the recruiting trail. We asked for lists of three. Unsurprisingly, Arkansas easily appeared on the most ballots. (CBS Sports)
