Tar Heels in NFL: Ty Chandler has big day; potential Howell-Maye QB battle doesn’t happen

Ty Chandler ran for 82 yards and Javonte Williams collected 62 total yards to highlight Week 2 in the NFL, but the matchup between Sam Howell and Drake Maye never materialized. Howell and Maye exchanged jerseys on the field after Howell’s Seahawks pulled out a 23-20 victory over Maye’s Patriots. Neither former UNC quarterback got into the game.
